Now controlling yourselves doesn’t just always mean when speaking in person... We should be checking our spirits even when emailing..social media’ng, texting, over phone.. writing a letter.. sending a 🕊.. whatever however.. watch ya speech sis!!! ...self control should be displayed even in non verbal words OR even facial expressions!🙋🏾♀️#guilty my facial expressions/body language is one I had to work on heavy y’all!! For real!! But we have to remember that bad communication corrupts.. period! It’s like this we should be always displaying righteousness... showing why we are the chosen ESPECIALLY with those who are still in the world.. since are #SetApart... shouldn’t we be set apart in all actions?? We should NEVER give anyone the satisfaction of saying “see see.. I told you she was fluke.. talking bout she chosen” 💁🏾♀️welllll if u acting like them folks... it’s true!!! We should always maintain ourselves and govern over this flesh. We control it.. it should NEVER control us! Check this scripture out:

Is that a good representation of our walk what we call THE TRUTH? The Most High chosen people? We have no excuse.. we have the Bible! We have a full fledge manuscript to show us how it can be done!!
