And sometimes their fall is a direct reaction to something they may had did that caused the fall.. so that's why I say sometimes no reply is best .. u may be hindering their mess becoming a message..
Honestly, I would say a mixture of both,. I say that because we can empathize when we fell .. how did we want to be treated and sympathetic because at the end of the day it is still ur sister..and u can display sympathy for what they are going thru..AND it depends on the person to be honest..because sometimes no response is the best reply.
