🔍Like Christmas, Easter, Halloween, New Year’s and other holidays of this world, St. Valentine’s Day is another attempt to “whitewash” perverted customs and observances of pagan gods... let's take a deeper look👀
🎉💕The Lupercalia festival (known as festival of sexual licenses)was partly in honor of Lupa, the she-wolf who (according to legend) nursed the infant orphans Romulus and Remus. Roman legend states that Romulus and Remus founded the city of Rome in 753 B.C. The pagan festival was also in honor of the Roman god Lupercus who was the god of shepherds. Lupercus was Rome's equivalent to the Greek god Pan. The link between the Lupercalia, fertility, and romance in general is evident in the festivities that occurred during the celebrations.
Red roses were the favorite flower of Venus, the Roman goddess of love. Red is also a color that signifies strong feelings.
In Roman mythology, Cupid is the god of desire, affection, and erotic love. Cupid today appears shooting his bow to inspire romantic love.
But what does the heart symbol have to do with a day honoring Nimrod/Valentine? The title Baal means “lord” or “master,” and is mentioned throughout the Bible as the god of pagans. The Most High warned His people NOT to worship or even tolerate the ways of Baal (Nimrod). In ancient Chaldean (the language of the Babylonians), bal, which is similar to Baal, meant, “heart.” This is where the Valentine heart symbol originated.
🤔 Does The Most High really CARE what customs are used to worship and honor Him or whether or not we celebrate the Valentine's holiday? Notice the warning HE gave to ancient Israel in Deuteronomy 12:29-31. *below
💔The true origin of Valentine's Day and its symbols are rooted in the worship of false gods. It has no Biblical basis. Those who celebrate the holiday and consider themselves believers in the The Most High..ya need to take a prayerful look at what they are doing. You can't be lukewarm! #sayNOpaganism
📖 Deuteronomy 12:29-31 (KJV) When the LORD shall cut off the nations from before thee, whither thou goest to possess them, and thou succeedest them, and dwellest in their land; Take heed to thyself that thou be not snared by following them, after that they be destroyed from before thee; and that thou enquire not after their gods, saying, How did these nations serve their gods? even so will I do likewise. Thou shalt not do so unto the LORD: for every abomination to the LORD, which he hateth, have they done unto their gods; for even their sons and their daughters they have burnt in the fire to their gods.
